About New Palestine, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

New Palestine was laid out by Jonathan Evans in 1838. The town first consisted of fifteen blocks and thirty-six lots. It was incorporated in 1871. Over the last 150 years, the town has grown but, while modernity is vital in the area, maintaining and preserving their history is also very important.  The climate is cyclic which means sizzling summers and breezy autumns followed by chilly winters. But, then spring rolls in and everything blooms and comes back to life. This is the beauty of the local area; the balance that is achieved in so many areas of the community.

Another balancing act? New Palestine provides small town living with big city opportunities right at your doorstep. The town is not far outside of the metropolis of Indianapolis. Many commuters live in smaller suburban towns around the big city and travel in daily for work. The urban center is a hub of business and the capital of the state of Indiana. The moderate cyclical climate is beautiful in the spring and summer. Birds sing and the capital is lively with color and excitement. Fall and winter mean chillier weather and new, icy landscapes to take pleasure in.

Within the city Indianapolis, the Indiana World War Memorial Plaza Historic District includes the Neoclassical American Legion and Central Library buildings, the Depew Memorial Fountain, quite a few sculptures and memorials, and an open space for picnicking, strolling and so on. It is commonly regarded as one of the most gorgeous sections of the entire city.  The ward is recognized for hosting numerous yearly civic events.  The architectural design, new and old, is stunning in each time of year and they take on varied appearances and “masks” with each transitory season. A layer of white snowfall in the winter and handsome blossoming flowers in the spring are what locals find irresistible.
